How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of smartphonent (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Best earphone in-ear that had so far, the sound it is wonderful the building also is great and all this for a great price, The only thing that have complain is that after about 4 hours use at least me it is a little uncomfortable that it be a little big, but still a great phone with a great price. (The pictures are with the white tips, but are other phone that I had, theirs are black, not like)
After 11 long days, the wait is over. I wasn't expecting a lot from these beauties because of the mixed reviews they were getting, but boy oh boy, you're in for a surprise. For the price of $40 and even lower, you're getting an IEM with excellent seperation of instruments, layering and imaging, thanks to its 4 BAs and pcb crossover. The bass is well textured and whole but not too punchy, treble is nicely controlled and not sibilant, unlike the previous models, which is a good thing because it shows us that KZ is actually listening. The only downsides are the mids, they're quite recessed and sometimes muffle the sound if the song is too complex. Also the not so large sound stage, compared to the ZS6s. V-shaped or not, these are an excellent piece of equipment and they're worth every penny.
Way better than the zs6!, no sibilance, no pain, a bit too large and also not the great soundstage of the zs6. But overall, an extremely good iem!
Delivery reached quickly. So onto the product. Standard KZ Packaging three tips, braided cable and the IEM itself. It's big hence an uncomfortable fit. But it sounds great.

I was very happy to receive this pair of ear phones. I bought the extra cable, Bluetooth receiver. When fitted with the correct set of earplug to match my ears the sound is wonderful. I been using it on my daily commute. The downside is that it's quite big size n the Bluetooth tends to break connection quite often which is ver annoying. I not sure why is it so. It could be my phone or the Bluetooth receiver. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

Headphones for 6 days arrived!!!! At The Flush. Excellent sound issue, very much. One time, it may seem to me, but they are a little quieter model KZ zs5.
Omsk for 10 days. Sounds great, no oversize any frequency, all tracks played a lot different. Sit properly, do not press. Advice to buy.

Happy sound headphones, all both bass and middle and top and scene as Belarusian potato field. Paint the sound does not make sense, agree with the opinion of review writing here. Buy together with them auglamour rt1, гламуры slightly worse sounding (but and drivers are not 100500), more expensive than zs10, but go to the street in them, etc. the beautiful and not fall out of the ear, zs10 listening at home and as reserve. I did not encounter problem with выпаданием of ear, big ears, but problems with anatomy is still there, fall out if open mouth for example, or that the chew :) Cable long, confused once or twice.
